The co***ny has the technologies and equipment for manual forming, spraying, RTM, VARI and vacuum infusion, such as gelcoat spraying equipment, RTM Injector, spraying spinning equipment, and a set of rubberizing and dipping equipment brought in from the United States. The co***ny also has a spraying chamber, solidification chamber of 60¡æ-140¡æ, vacuum infusion machine, and other auxiliary devices such as air pump, vacuum pump, and machines for mixing and dispersing, and resin conveying, as well as the modeling equipment for planning, milling, carving and similar processes. The co***ny has the comprehensive capacity for the process design, products modeling, model manufacturing and scale production.
The co***ny is an integration of production, research and development with strong technical force and the products can meet the requirements of the Ministry of Railways for the glass reinforced plastic/ composite and comply with European standards such as German DIN5510 and French NF16-101 in terms of fire resistance. At the same time, the co***ny has been engaged in overseas projects and sells products throughout the world.
The main products of the co***ny cover interior decorating accessories for rail vehicles, parts of noses of vehicles and toilets, glass reinforced plastic for vehicles, medical equipment and similar products.
